Inspire Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing company serving both the Greater Will and DuPage Counties in Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.  Unlike most staffing companies in the area, our owners Doug and Leslie Hutchison are on-site daily overseeing the daily operations of our company – making sure every client receives the best possible service and candidates.

Our candidate search process includes extensive use of our internal database of qualified candidates, access to multiple internet job boards and resources, the use of traditional classified print advertising, and participation in job fairs.  Our number-one recruiting source is referrals. 
Our screening process for applicants includes an extensive in-depth personal interview, skills testing and evaluation, and education and reference verification. 
We e-verify every employee, and conduct drug screenings and background checks upon our client’s request.
